LYNCH BAGES - £550 per case/12 IB. 
One of the most popular brands internationally with strong followings in the UK, Asia and the US, Lynch Bages performs well above its Fifth Growth status.  The Chateau have done the right thing on pricing making their 2013 the cheapest vintage by some margin, giving consumers a genuine incentive to buy this en primeur:

2007 £740 (RP 88)
2004 £800 (RP 87)

This morning:

MONTROSE - £630 per case/12 IB.  One of the greatest names of Saint Estephe, typically producing wines in a powerful, long-lived style. 
"
Pure, with a whiff of sage lining the core of plum, red currant and black cherry fruit. Light tobacco and warm stone shadings appear on the supple finish. Well done." James Molesworth,WS 90-93

BEYCHEVELLE - £425 per case/12 IB.  Elegant St Julien in style, Beychevelle is also known as 'Dragon Boat Wine' in Asia for its label, where it has become a popular brand.  
"Delicate and pretty with blueberry and mineral character. Medium body, fine tannins, fresh finish. Well-crafted for the vintage." James Suckling 89-90

DU TERTRE - £210 per case/12 IB. A popular Classed Growth in Margaux.
"This is really excellent for the vintage. A beautiful wine with berry, hints of hazelnut and chocolate. Medium body, fine tannins and a savory finish. The warmer soils in Tertre helped in the coolness of 2013." James Suckling 91-92

POUJEAUX - £175 per case/12 IB A cru bourgeois and from the heart of the Medoc, now owned by the Cuvelier family of Clos Fourtet.
