About the Producer
The Billaud family have been making Chablis for 4 generations. Samuel Billaud was responsible for the highly esteemed family estate for two decades until 2009 when Domaine Billaud-Simon was sold to Faiveley. In 2014 Samuel recovered his share of the Billaud-Simon vines, and since 2015, Domaine Samuel Billaud wines are made at his own modern winery in the centre of Chablis.
Samuel is meticulous in his respect for terroir, Chablis typicity and in his commitment to sustainability.
