The 2011 Vin de Constance Natural Sweet Wine spent 36 months in 60% new French and Hungarian oak. It delivers 152 grams per liter residual sugar with a pH of 3.6. Here it is very perfumed with a dried honey, lanolin, marmalade and melted wax-scented bouquet that is nicely defined. The palate is viscous on the entry with fine acidity, quite sensual in the mouth with orange zest and marmalade notes, almost Barsac-like towards the finish that lingers long in the mouth. Gorgeous (as per usual). Score: 93 Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, RobertParker.com Maturity: 2016-2035 01 November 2015 |

"Fragrant charm the nose has honeysuckle and orange blossom the start of the palate light but it fills out in the middle with opulence and succulence. Orange marmalade, quince and mango the layers of flavour give complexity the sweetness balanced by hints of citrus that brings out a spicy excitement on the finish." Derek Smedley MW Score: 96 Albany Vintners, - Maturity: 2017-2026 10 October 2015 |

"Wonderfully bright on both the nose and palate. Concentrated flavours of apricot and orange zest with aspects of frangipani flowers abound. Mouth filling yet clean and focussed, the wine tapers into a rich, luscious finish" Matthew Day, Winemaker Score: - Albany Vintners, - 01 January 1900 |

"Consistently one of the best sweet wines in the world, this tea-leafy, honeyed, orange peel-scented Muscat is rich and sweet, with 152 grams of sugar, some skin tannins, nutmeg and ginger spice and a weighty, dense texture. Long, complex and assured." Tim Atkin, South Africa Report 2015 Score: 96 Tim Atkin MW, - Maturity: 2015-2025 01 September 2015 |
