Tank sample, soon to be bottled (been in tank since September). Three parcels in Meursault, Puligny and St-Aubin. Fermented and aged in 350-litre casks without stirring. Tangy, herbal, fully ripe. So creamy and yet fresh. Wonderful intensity and elegance at this level. Brilliant quality for Bourgogne Blanc.
