Deep red with ruby highlights. Enticing aromas of redcurrant, plum, iron and tobacco. Rather lush and sweet on entry, then supple and plump for the vintage, but with noteworthy vinosity. Bright red-ruby. Black-and redcurrant, shoe polish, lead pencil and a gamey nuance on the nose. Dense, sweet and broad in the mouth, with rather cabernet-like currant and lead pencil flavors.
