Deeper and richer than then classic cuvee, the Grenache dominated 2005 Gigondas Cuvee Valbelle offers an incredible bouquet of blackcurrants, charcoal, licorice, toasted spice and charred meats. Incorporating 10% Syrah, it’s full-bodied, deep and concentrated on the palate, with a smoking mid-palate, gorgeous fruit and a great finish.
