This too is firmly reduced so again, be sure to give this a thorough aeration. Otherwise there is fine volume to the finer and more mineral-infused flavors that aren't quite as rich though they are more refined on the balanced bitter lemon suffused finish. This could use better complexity, but more depth should develop with a few years of bottle aging.
