More moderate though hardly invisible oak serves as a backdrop for the markedly earthy aromas of forest floor and humus-inflected dark currant. Here too there is fine richness and mid-palate concentration to the succulent, delicious and mouth coating medium-bodied flavors that terminate in a youthfully austere finish.
