Arrosee

This property is situated on the well-regarded south slope of St Emilion just down from Ausone. In 2002, l'Arrosee was purchased by the Caille family and has since undergone renovation with oenologist Gilles Pouquet of Cheval Blanc and Figeac now employed here also. The resulting wines are pure and elegant with forest fruits, and intense but not heavy. According to Robert Parker, l'Arrosee "combines the best of Burgundy and Bordeaux".
