Neal Martin (NM) — 87–89/100 · Vinous, 01/11/2022 · Drink 2024-2032
The 2021 Meursault Les Genevri'res 1er Cru offers fleeting scents of Mirabelle and pear on the nose, just missing a bit of Meursault typicit'. The palate is well balanced though it lacks the nuance of the finest Genevri'res, tapering a little towards the finish.
Jasper Morris (JMo) — 92–94/100 · Inside Burgundy, 01/11/2022
Pale lemon colour. This is discreet at first on the nose, but classic Genevri'res delicacy and intricacy develops on the palate, all lightly washed in a citrus juice. The oak speaks a little but is well integrated. Not a massive wine but all nicely in place. Drink from 2026-2032. Tasted: November 2022
