Graphite, gravel, lavender and inky dark fruit are some of the many notes that emerge from this potent, tightly wound Saint-Julien that is going to require at least a measure of patience. The blend of 79% Cabernet Sauvignon and 21% Merlot results in a virile, tannic Saint-Julien loaded with potential, but also a wine that demands cellaring.
