Exciting top quality wines, quintessentially Chablis, at a fraction of the price of other top producers. The Billaud family have been making Chablis for 4 generations. Samuel Billaud was responsible for the highly esteemed family estate for two decades until 2009 when Domaine Billaud-Simon was sold to Faiveley. In 2014 Samuel recovered his share of the Billaud-Simon vines, and since 2015, Domaine Samuel Billaud wines are made at his own modern winery in the centre of Chablis. What the critics say

Antonio Galloni (AG) — 96/100 · Vinous, 01/07/2019 · Drink 2022-2037

The 2017 Chablis Blanchot Grand Cru is another rock star wine. Powerful and explosive, with tons of underlying saline energy, the Blanchot is a mind-bendingly beautiful Chablis endowed with tons of character. Exotic floral notes add striking shades of nuance, but it is the wholeness of the Blanchot that stands out most.
