Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the Les Champs Libres 2016 Blanc leaps from the glass with honeyed peaches, passion fruit, musk perfume and beeswax notes plus hints of pink grapefruit, cedar chest, struck match and mandarin peel. Medium-bodied with a lovely creaminess to the texture, it has fantastic intensity and depth with a very refreshing backbone and long mineral-laced finish.
