Clos de Vougeot 2007

This is notably fresh and expressive for a young Clos de Vougeot with intensely earthy red and dark berry fruit aromas complementing extremely rich and full-bodied flavors that are quite ripe in the context of the 2007 vintage and very serious while offering good depth and length on the moderately austere and dusty finish. This is really quite good with ample character that should also reward 10 to 15 years of cellar time.
