Chassagne Encegnieres 2010

Soft reduction doesn't materially reduce the appeal of the floral, pear, white peach and rosemary resin nuances. There is excellent volume and solid delineation to the energetic medium-bodied flavors that possess an attractively dry, linear and persistent finish. This is finer than it usually is as Encégnières is usually quite full-bodied and generous yet in 2010 it's really quite tight and will require a few years of bottle age first before it's ready.
