A blend of 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Semillon, 15% Sauvignon Gris and 5% Muscadelle, this has a lifted nose of grapefruit, brioche and a touch of chalk dust. Fine definition. The palate is well balanced with crisp lime-tinged entry, hints of lemon rind and dried apricot that leads to a poised, long finish. Very fine. Tasted March 2011.
