Dense bluish/purple, with sweet mulberry and black cherry fruit, this 2009 also displays notes of pen ink as well as a hint of spring flowers. It has wonderful fruit and an ample, voluptuous texture. Drink it over the next 5-7 years. Score: 88 Robert Parker, Wine Advocate, RobertParker.com Maturity: 2012-2019 01 February 2012 |

Medium red. Perfumed aromas of redcurrant, strawberry, fresh flowers and mint. Suave and fine-grained, with a light touch to its fresh, easygoing flavors of strawberry, raspberry, licorice and violet. Finishes with relaxed tannins and a subtle lingering note of chocolate mint. Score: 87 - 89 Ian D'Agata, International Wine Cellar 01 May 2010 |

Spicy, with asphalt and ripe fruit aromas and flavors. Medium- to full-bodied, with medium chewy tannins and a clean finish. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. Score: 87 - 90 James Suckling, Wine Spectator 01 April 2010 |
