The 2019 Saint-Véran, from three parcels in Devayé and raised in demi-muids and barrels, has a slight reduction on the nose. Earthy scents manifest with aeration, touches of pear and melon emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with a crisp orange zest and citru entry.
