Tasting Notes
Good dark red. Pretty, floral aromas of currant, red cherry, licorice and flowers. Thick, supple and quite flatteur today, thanks to its wonderful sweetness. Stylish and floral, if a bit light in structure for a Gevrey grand cru. But finishes very long, with strong fruit. Score: 91 Stephen Tanzer, Vinous.com 01 March 1999
