Les Pierrieres Blanc De Blancs Extra Brut NV

The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Les Pierrières is fabulous. As is often the case, the Pierrières presents an explosive and crystalline expression of Chardonnay. Lemon, peel, crushed rocks, slate and dried pear are finely sketched. A wine of tension and energy, the Pierrières needs time in bottle to be at its very best. In this release, Les Pierrières is 50% 2014 and 50% 2013, bottled with 1.7 grams per liter of dosage. Disgorged: March, 2018. (93+)
