Smoky mineral aromas waft from the glass of this pure, vibrant and finely meshed white, underscoring the palate’s nectarine and watermelon fruit, pickled ginger, floral and pink grapefruit pith flavors. The acidity is crystalline in structure, creating a fine frame, while minerality echoes on the mouthwatering finish. Best from 2020 through 2033. Super smoky with enormous depth, but also incredibly precise and pristine with a salt, savory and mineral finish that doesn't want to stop. In spite of that unique personality and that there is a couple of decades of aging potential, it's so easy to enjoy right now. Made from biodynamically grown grapes.
