Tasting Notes

Regarding the reds from 2015, I was only able to taste the 2015 Crozes Hermitage. It offers a classic Northern Rhône style with ripe blackberry, crushed rock, peppery herbs and hints of graphite. Medium+ bodied, beautifully concentrated, rich and structured, with present tannin, it will have a decade of longevity.

Score: 89 - 92

(aged in all stainless steel): Vivid purple. Highly perfumed black and blue fruit aromas are sharpened by a peppery nuance. Nervy and focused on the palate, offering gently sweet boysenberry and black currant flavors that spread out slowly with air. Finishes zesty and long, with lingering spiciness and gentle tannins. No excess fat here and no gamy aspects, either.

Score: 89 - 92
