An expressive and broad-ranging nose offers up notes of pear, sea water, oyster shell, white peach, citrus and a soft spice nuance. There is good punch to the intensely mineral-driven middle weight flavors that culminate in an intense and markedly dry but not especially austere finish that is also admirably well-balanced and persistent.
