A toasty nose offers up notes of dark currant, earth, game and a hint of forest floor. There is excellent richness to the round, velvety and muscular flavors that exude a subtle minerality on the lingering and firm finish. This needs a few years to develop better depth but the material is good enough that more complexity should develop.
