The medium garnet-purple colored 2015 Sarget de Gruaud-Larose has an earthy, meaty nose over a core of red and black plums with a waft of fungi. Light to medium-bodied, soft, juicy and refreshing in the mouth, it’s uncomplicated yet nicely done. Score: 86 Lisa Perrotti-Brown MW, Wine Advocate, RobertParker.com Maturity: 2018-2025 21 February 2018 |

A prototypical St.-Julien with a great balance of cassis and brambles with crisp acidity and rather elegant, dry tannins. I love the long, clean finish of this wine. You could drink this now, but should be better from 2019. The second wine of Château Graud-Larose. Score: 93 James Suckling, JamesSuckling.com 02 February 2018 |

A round and tannic wine with currant and berry character. Full body, flavorful and stylish. Nice effort for second wine of Gruaud-Larose. Score: 90 - 91 James Suckling, JamesSuckling.com 23 March 2016 |

The 2015 Sarget de Gruaud-Larose is plump, fruity and delicious. Floral, citrus and spice notes perk up the red-toned fruit nicely in this attractive mid-weigh second wine from Gruaud-Larose. Although not especially complex, this tasty Saint-Julien will deliver plenty of pleasure over the next few years. Score: 89 Antonio Galloni, Vinous.com Maturity: 2018-2025 01 February 2018 |

High 72% Cabernet gives this second wine firm, direct fruit with the natural rich smoothness seen in the grand vin. More elegant and precise than in the past. Score: 90 Decanter, Decanter.com 01 April 2016 |
