Chapelle Chambertin 2014

Deep red. Very ripe aromas of raspberry and chocolate liqueur lack a bit of lift following the Bonnes-Mares. Fat, rich and sweet but a bit youthfully stunted and backward today, conveying flavors of plum, mocha and clove. Finishes with big tannins and lingering sweetness. Am I missing something? Gives an impression of very fast ripening of the fruit.
