The 2014 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet has a vibrant, citrus-driven bouquet with tangible wet limestone and flinty notes emerging with time. The palate is just superb: beautifully balanced with very well judged acidity, fanning out gradually in the mouth with a gorgeous, saline finish that leaves you wanting another sip. This is an outstanding Champ Canet from Jean-March Boillot--chapeau! Score: 93 Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, RobertParker.com Maturity: 2017-2030 01 January 2016 |

Very pale yellow. Aromas of apple and toasty lees. In a polite style but with good density and attractive lemony cut. The slowly mounting finish throws off notes of lemon, grapefruit and blood orange. Score: 89 - 92 Stephen Tanzer, Vinous.com 01 September 2015 |
