Mission Haut Brion

Mission Haut Brion La Mission Haut Brion is regarded as one of the very finest Left Bank properties, often spoken of in the same breath as the First Growths. Located just across the road from its illustrious neighbour Chateau Haut Brion, La Mission has long been admired for producing wines of extraordinary depth, smoky richness and ageworthy power, often with an extra dimension of gravitas compared to its neighbour's more refined character. Robert Parker is a huge fan; for decades he singled out La Mission Haut Brion, awarding it more 100 point scores than almost any other Chateau. Vintages such as 1989, 2000, 2005, 2009 and 2010 achieved these perfect scores, cemeting La Mission's reputation for excellence, historical significance and critical acclaim.
