The releases continue to trickle out with the ever popular Sauternes of Doisy Vedrines and Doisy Daene along with some good value Graves from Haut Bergey.


88-91 Wine Spectator "Has a ripe and rounded feel, with a mix of melon, lime curd, pear and blanched almond notes. Has good spine, and should pull together while remaining in an open-knit, flattering style."
 
Chateau DOISY DAENE - £315 per 12 
94-95 James Suckling "This is very serious with lots of spicy, botrytis character and a deep and dense palate. Full-bodied, very sweet and long on the finish."

L'EXTRAVAGANT DE DOISY DAENE - £3150 per 24 halves
The super-cuvée from Doisy Daene that is made in only minute quantities
93-96 Wines Spectator  "An enticing mix of plump pineapple, ginger, white peach and tangerine flavors, with a viscous edge to the finish. Shows the plumper, more forward style of the vintage but has admirable length and cut as well."

Chateau DOISY VEDRINES - £285 per 12 
The 2011 (94-97 WS) is still available at £240 per case and looks to offer excellent value. 
92-95 Wine Spectator "This has good energy for the vintage, with a range of tangerine, clementine, peach and pineapple flavors showing nice definition through the finish."
