Lynch Bages has just been released at £575 per 12, considerably cheaper than the comparable 2008 (£800) and 2006 (£790). It has already received some excellent scores with 93-96 from the Wine Spectator and 95-96 from James Suckling: "full-bodied with ultra-fine tannins and a long, focused finish. Muscular but toned and beautiful."One of Bordeaux's most sought after brands - Lynch Bages has a huge following across the world and we expect demand to be strong.

Angelus was released this morning at £1700 per 12.  Demand and prices for Angelus have risen since its promotion to Premier Grand Classe A with the comparable 2006 and 2008 now trading close to £2000 per 12 and the 2012 trading at £2850.  The second wine Carillon de l'Angelus is released at £430 per 12, described by James Suckling as the "Best second wine from here for a long time.  Maybe ever".

This afternoon saw the release of the silky Palmer at £1500 per 12 and the impressive second wine Alter Ego de Palmer at £370 per 12.
