The aromatics on the Le Plus de Bouard has a little more heft than the regular bottling and given time it coalesces nicely and offer quite an opulent glossy bouquet of black cherries and cassis. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp definition, a fine line of acidity and a slightly abrupt, punchy boysenberry finish. Fine. Tasted April 2014.
